Bajaj Auto’s expansion plan includes not just the RE60 but a new cargo vehicle as well. This is not the first time that Bajaj Auto has showed interest in the commercial vehicles category as long back they used to have a major controlling stake in Bajaj Tempo, which is now known as Force Motors.
Apart from their motorcycles and 3-wheelers, Bajaj intends to enter the 4-wheel quadricycle market in India and in fact, this new segment has been created because of their RE60 which has been a point of debate for many months now.
